History
Concilio Child Development Centers was established in 1979 and became a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) in 1980 by community volunteers involved in supervising programs for a better community. Since its inception, Concilio Child Development Centers has been guided by a mission to create child care programs that are safe, nurturing, and stimulating to the children of our community.
Our programs are funded through the California Department of Education serving income eligible families with children three years to four years of age. We pride ourselves in providing quality, enriching, and nurturing environments that provide early experiences that provide a foundation for current and future success.
What We Believe
The teachers, administrators and staff at Concilio Child Development Centers are united in their belief that all children: Have the power to learn,Are curious & creative,and Can succeed. No two students have exactly the same skills or learning style. That’s why we create an individual learning plan for every child. Your plan will combine direct instruction, small-group work, and one-on-one tutoring in a way that works for your student.
